  • Overall Female Swimmer of the Year: Matelita Buadromo (Tritons, Suva)
  • Overall Male Swimmer of the Year: jointly awarded to Douglas Miller and Paul Elaisa (Tritons, Suva)
  • Coach of the Year: Paula Cokanasiga (Stingrays, Suva)
  • Club of the Year: Tritons, Suva
  • Freestyle Swimmer of the Year: Matelita Buadromo (Tritons, Suva)
  • Breaststroke Swimmer of the Year: Matelita Buadromo (Tritons, Suva)
  • Backstroke Swimmer of the Year: Caroline Puamau (Barracudas, Nadi)
  • Butterfly Swimmer of the Year: Douglas Miller (Tritons, Suva)
  • Distance Swimmer of the Year: Matelita Buadromo (Tritons, Suva)
  • Junior Swimmer of the Year: Kinisimere Naivalu (Race Club, Suva)
  • Emerging Swimmer of the Year: Kaiya Soro (Barracudas, Nadi)
  • Development Coach of the Year: Trisa Cheer (Stingrays, Suva)
  • Administrator of the Year: Karen Lobendahn (Stingrays, Suva)
  • Technical Official of the Year: Trisa Cheer (Stingrays, Suva)
  • Most Records: Temafa Yalimaiwai (Tritons, Suva)

Buadromo and Elaisa represented Fiji at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Miller is currently based at Iowa Central Community College in the USA and is competing at the Mutual of Omaha Invitational in Omaha, Nebraska this weekend.

Puamau and Elaisa (along with UK - based Tieri Erasito) will be representing Fiji at the FINA World Short Course Championships in Istanbul, Turkey from 12 - 16 December.
