The Domestic Basketball Winter 2020 Season
starts the week of 27th April 2020 for all Juniors/Seniors.

Junior Teams

All Junior players must register to the Club they have already played with in the previous season. If you are a new Junior player, please select the Club that you have spoken with!! See Club Contacts!!

You will be asked to pay for Basketball Victoria registration, GSBA Membership and your Club fees. This is not negotiable. Playing will not be considered unless paid! Team Penalties apply!

Game fees will be $8 for Junior games.

Senior Teams

Senior Men competition has slightly changed with the addition of extra divisions and the change of the names for each grade. Below is a description of the new divisions and what level of player it relates to;

Men Division 1 = Top- Mid level teams/players
Men Division 2 = Mid- Lower level teams/players
Men Division 3 = Lower-level teams/players
Open Women as normal.

There will be a grading period at the start of the season and teams may be shifted according to the true level of the team.

GSBA will also take into consideration your teams previous results.

Game fees will be $12 for Seniors games.

Payment to join the competition must be made prior to the competition.

Team entry is $135

No Bond will be payable a team will be issued an invoice for any forfeits ($100) which must be paid the following week of play, otherwise your team will be removed from the competition.

PLEASE NOTE: Every player must be registered and paid up to play prior to their first game. NO player will be allowed on the court prior to registration!!
