Salome Dell has achieved a new personal best in the 1500m today in sunny Brisbane, Australia with a great time of 4:29.09. Dell has being improving on her times for this event ever since 2008, when she broke Rosemary Omundsen's long-standing National record from the Commonwealth Games in Victoria, Canada in 1994. Dell's showing some promising performances before the Oceania Athletics Championships in Cairns, which will be held in 45 days.
Toea Wisil also ran some great times today in the 100m and 200m with times of 11.67 and 24.08.
