Volunteers Needed

Sailability WA Inc is always looking for new volunteers to help with the sailing programs. Sailing experience is very useful, but not essential.

VOLUNTEERS & BOATS ARE NEEDED THIS SEASON FOR SAILABILITY PROGRAMS

Operating at Royal Perth Yacht Club & South of Perth Yacht Club

To give more people with disabilities the opportunity to experience the freedom & pleasure of  being out on the water, more boats are needed & more volunteers are required to help with the programs.

You can help by:

1. Volunteering to use your own vessel (power or sail, any size) to take disabled participants & their supporters out for a ride on the river.

2. Volunteering to skipper a Sailability Hansa 303 dinghy or larger keelboat.

3. Volunteering to assist on the pontoon, helping to rig boats & assist participants on & off boats.

4. Volunteering for shore support, helping to  “meet & greet” participants & their supporters, & prepare them for sailing.

Plenty of jobs for all, with or without sailing experience. If you have a free Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday

morning & would like to assist in the Sailability programs at either yacht club, please contact:

 Ann Hodgkinson, Sailability Co-ordinator, Tel: 08 9423 5526, Mob: 0404 145 499, Email: sailability@rpyc.com.au

Or complete the Volunteer Registration Form below and return to the Co-ordinator.
