Hobsons Bay - Club Manager
Hobsons Bay Yacht Club located in the maritime precinct of Williamstown near the Melbourne CBD is seeking a suitably qualified person to fill the position of Club Manager. HBYC provides facilities which support inshore and offshore yacht racing and cruising including a marina, boat yard, slipway, club house and function facilities.
The Club Manager will have responsibility for the operational management and development of Hobsons Bay Yacht Club including the day-to-day management of staff, facilities, membership and finance. The Club Manager will ensure that all operations of the club are member focused and high quality.

Boating Operations Manager – Sandringham Yacht Club
Sailing Administrator - Royal Brighton Yacht Club
Permanent Part Time (0.8)
Salary $50K FTE

This is a hands-on part time role within the Sailing Office at Royal Brighton Yacht Club.
The role involves:
- Sailing program administration including online entry and results systems
- Event administration – regattas and non-sailing events
- Volunteer coordination and support
Key skills include:
- Verbal and written communication
- Computer skills and familiarity with web-based systems
- Methodical with good attention to detail
Reporting directly to the Sailing Manager, you will work in a team which includes club officials, staff and volunteers. You will be instrumental in the organisation and promotion of sailing and racing programs, delivering a busy year round schedule of sailing activities. Your regular workweek will be flexible and will include weekend days. Time in lieu will be given for irregular hours.
Experience in similar roles within sailing would be an advantage, but is not essential.
HARBOUR MANAGER - Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron
Full Time Position with weekend work occasionally required.
Reporting to the General Manager the Harbour Manager is reqponsible for the marine operations, maintenance bookings, facilitating private berth transfers and new berth sales as well as all berth rentals within the Blairgowrie Safe Boat Harbour. The role is also responsible for the administration of moorings within the Club's remit.
The role will involve building strong relationships with all berth holders ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times.
This role will play a key part in providing and maintaining a safe work environment, staff training and development facility and tenant management, as well as leading on the administration of the marina.
