How Long Have You Been Sailing F11s: I am in my second season...
Tell Your Sailing History In Brief [100 words]: this is my fourth year of sailing at HHSC. Last season I crewed for Ravi Raj in Sabot 2up and we won SNSW Zone Championships. We also sailed in the State and National Sabot Championships. Also started sailing F11 by crewing for Kanya Raj in "Flying Fish". This year I had to move to Sabot 1up when I lost my crew - next year I will be old enough to compete 1up. I am also crewing for Adam Bloomfield in the F11 "Adrenalin". From Woollahra I sail the Laser 4.7 for St Ignatius College, Riverview - this is my first term of school sailing - it has been hard but lots of fun.
What Other Boats/Classes Do You Currently Sail/Skipper/Crew: Crew F11 - crew in "Adrenalin" skippered by Adam Bloomfield Sabot 1 up "1585 Shake A Leg 2" Laser 4.7 "181702 Reloaded"
What's Your Most Memorable Sailing Achievement: Winning the Sabot 2up SNSW Zone Championship in 2008 with Ravi Raj in 2007.
What's Your Most Favourite Sailing Memory [50 words]:
Who Would Be Your Sailing Mentor: I am lucky to have a group of really excellent coaches. In the Sabot I have Rob Brewer. In the Laser at school I have Larry Cargill. And in the F11 I have Jenni Bonnitcha.
What Do You Like about the F11s [50 words]: A fast reach under spinnaker - nothing is better.
What Are Your Future Sailing Goals: I have many - but above all I want to develop my skills and have fun learning and competing. Next year I hope to skipper my own F11.
What Would You Like To See Happen In F11s: I want to see F11s continue to grow at Hunters Hill.
