F11 WORKSHOP 8/9 SEPTEMBER
If you have not already done so and intend to get expert training and tuning tips for your Flying Eleven at the commencement of this season with Joe Turner, you will need to move quickly to attend our first F11 Workshop on the 8th and 9th Sep (this weekend) being run from the Woollahra Sailing Club at Rose bay. Of course, there is the choice of coming for just one of the days on the application form if your club commitments are more important to you at the start of the season etc. The opportunity to receive coaching from Joe and his team we feel is of great benefit and all that have experienced one of these sessions have felt very rewarded - the results also show it works for you. We would like to have numbers set by Wednesday this week, so get cracking if you are coming by:
1. Completeing the APPLICATION FORM
2. Posting the form and cheque to our treasurer - details are on the form.
3. Emailing me email@example.com a note to say which days your will attend.
2007-2008 NICK SCALI FURNITURE NSW F11 SPRINT CHAMPIONSHIPS 22/23 SEP HHSC
The NSW Sprints are on in 3 weeks at Hunters Hill, and we ask that you get your entries in now so they can deal with numbers at this regatta early.
It is a great event to get things sorted for the season ahead, with 9 races planned and plenty of fun and opportunity to catch up with all your sailing buddies from not only the F11s but MJ's, Sabots and the ones that have moved on to the 29ers too.
2007 YNSW YOUTH CHAMPIONSHIPS 29 SEP - 1 OCT BELMONT
Details of the 2007 Youth Champs are now posted to the B16'SC regatta site http://16s.com.au/sailing/regattas_detail.asp?regattaID=41
F11 3 DAY TRAINING CAMP 12-14TH OCT AT THE BASIN ON PITTWATER
We have a three day live-in training camp with camping planned for the 3 days of the 12th to 14th October at the Basin on Pittwater. This requires quite a bit of planning early otherwise the opportunity will not be possible as it is a busy time of the year etc. Applications with the Nat. Parks must be done very soon as bookings are very tight.
We would like you to register you interest NOW by emailing me firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make the appropriate bookings with the National Parks and Wildlife. The cost for camping at the Basin is at $5 for children under 16 and $10 for adults.
Any parents that would like to contribute to the "minding" of the campees and and the provision of any other assistance would also be welcomed, and your advice by email would be appreciated too.

The Flying Elevens have been invited to compete in the Bethwaite Series on the 10th and 11th of November at Belmont 16ft Sailing Club on Lake MacQuarie.
