Docklands Yacht Club recently concluded a 6 week sail and powerboat program with clients from David House, Yarraville. The majority of participants have acquired brain injury.

This is the fifth year Coral and Ray have run this activity for David House. "It is pleasing to see the boys getting confidence and we now have 3 who can sail unassisted. They are a great help; they assist with the launching and retrieving of the boats and assist with the keels.” Ray said.

The program ran smoothly thanks to Roy and Warren assisting. It concluded with a BBQ and the presentation of attendance certificates.

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
