* Note: The ISCD Event 10m Air Rifle Shot Prone will be 60 shots and not 40 as stated on the entry form.
ISSF Events - All events are open to men and women. Competitors in each age group will be further separated into grades according to their last five scores.
ISCD Events - All events are open to men and women in the ISCD categories SH1 and SH2.
Please note: You are required to provide us with your last five scores for each ISSF event you wish to enter, this allows us to divide all competitors into grades. If these scores are not entered, you will be placed into the HIGHEST grade.

Competition Standards
The small bore and air rifle shooting competition at the Games will be conducted under the rules of the International Shooting Sport Federation and will conform to any special requirements of the International Masters Games Association.
Target Rifle Victoria will conduct the competition.
Practice Facilities
The venue will be available for training on Monday 7 October 2002.
Equipment Hire/Repairs
There will be ammunition and basic cleaning gear available for purchase.
Security for Equipment
An armoury for the safe storage of firearms will be provided.
Other Information
Special Requirements
Competitors must be a member of a shooting organisation affiliated with the International Shooting Sport Federation (for example, Target Rifle Australia). The ISSF does not allow non-members to compete.
Interstate shooters are not required to obtain any type of Victorian permit. Australian shooters simply need to ensure their firearm is registered and their licence is current.
International Shooters are required to obtain:
- An International Visitor Firearm Permit,
- A Customs Import Permit, and
- A Customs OR Department of Defence, Export Permit.
The necessary application forms and information will be forwarded to competitors, or can be obtained from the Games office.
