Each course is designed to assist athletes, coaches and support staff in getting the best out of themselves and their team by maximising performance.
The first course “Fuelling Your Body” will focus on Sports Nutrition, with an introduction to the science behind eating for performance through training and competition cycles as well as practical tips and recipes for you to use.
