Mitchelton Football Club (MFC) are seeking experienced and motivated Coaches for positions in our Girls and Boys SAP programme
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Thesuccessfulcandidatewillneedtohavethefollowingskillsandexperience:
• a minimum AFC C Youth licenseorFFArecognisedequivalent
• someone who has attended an AFC C Youth License and is working towards attaining their full C License
• experienceinacoaching elite playersundertheNationalCurriculum
• highlevelcommunicationskills
• theabilitytoworkwithawiderangeofpeopleinclusiveofclubstaff/volunteers,playersandparents
• theabilityto workautonomouslyandplanmeticulously

POSITION TITLE:
SAP Coordinator –Mitchelton Football Club
POSITION REMUNERATION:
Remuneration will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
The club considers this role to be a key role with regards to the future success of the club.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The SAP Coordinator is responsible for a number of key functions within the club however not limited to the following:
• Play a key role in the appointment, management and mentoring of coaching staff within the MFC SAP Girls and Boys Programs
• Oversee the FFA coach education structure, delivering the national curriculum and courses whilst ensuring it meets the needs of coaches
• Establish a communication strategy, standardsand updating structure,and facilitate the promotion of coaching and coach education
• Oversee the MFC SAP Grading Process and ensure its delivery for both Girls and Boys
• Establish and maintain strong ,professional relationships and communication with key stakeholders Football Queensland
• Provide periodical reports to Mitchelton Football Club Management Committee when requested
POSITIONREQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate wil lneed to have the following skills and experience:
• a minimum AFCB license or FFA recognised equivalent.
• someone with a full C License working towards a B License will be considered
• experience working in the area of talented player/coach development
• experience in the establishment and ongoing management of coach/athlete development
• experience in a coaching development role under the National Curriculum
• highlevel oral and written communication skills
• the ability to work with a wide range of people inclusive of club staff/volunteers, coaches, players and parents
• ability to provide leadership and direction
• the ability to work autonomously and plan meticulously
• a high level of administrative skills
