Canadians Humana-Paredes & Pavan dethrone Germans in Gstaad
Gstaad, Switzerland, July 15, 2018 - Chantal Laboureur and Julia Sude had match point and a 15-14 lead in the third and deciding set to have an opportunity to win their second-straight Gstaad Major title, but Canadians Melissa Humana-Paredes and Sarah Pavan scored the last three points of the match to dethrone the Germans as the beach volleyball champions in the Swiss Alps Village.

Bell and Ngauamo cruise to Daegu gold without losing a set
Daegu, Korea, July 15, 2018 - Top-seeded Phoebe Bell and Jessyka Ngauamo lived up to their status and won the title at the Daegu one-star stop on the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour. The young Australians did so in particularly emphatic fashion, without dropping a single set along the way.

FIVB gold for Norwegians Mol & Sorum at Gstaad Major
Gstaad, Switzerland, July 14, 2018 - Anders Mol and Christian Sorum became the third youngest men's team to win an FIVB event here Saturday as the Norwegians became the first pair from the Scandinavian country in over 20 years to win a World Tour gold medal by defeating Spaniards Adrian Gavira and Pablo Herrera in the finals of the $600,000 Gstaad Major.
