How long does the season go for?
The junior season (U5 through to and including U16) kicks off late February and concludes with a Grand Final Day being the last Saturday before the September school holidays start. The senior season (U18 and above) usually kicks off around April through to mid October each year.
Where are the games played?
All junior games are played at Brolga Park at the Murray Sporting Complex on Murray Lyons Cres at Annandale. The first 3 or 4 games are on Sundays commencing late February and then are switched to Saturdays from the late March. This is because other sports (cricket, futsul, etc) are still being contested on Saturdays. Start times (kick off) will vary from 8.00am till about 4.30pm.
Senior games are played on a home and away basis with Greenwood Park Sporting Complex and the Brothers Leagues Club being our home grounds.
When and where is training?
All training is at Rebels home grounds at Greenwood Park on the corner of Thuringowa and Greenwood Drives, Kirwan. Training times for juniors (U6 to U14) are usually 5-6pm on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays. This is in consultation with the coach and parents/players at the beginning of the season. The U16 teams and senior teams train from 6pm on Tuesday and Thursdays.
