Under 12 Storm Girls Champions at Ballarat
The girls from the under 12 Bellarine side have once again showed their class by winning another tournament for the 2010/11 season .
This time they have taken out the Division 1 section of the Mcdonalds Ballarat Junior Tournament on the Queens birthday weekend.
Under 12 Head Coach Brendon Matthews said 'this is another fantastic result for the girls who have trained hard all season and thoroughly deserve the rewards'
This is just another notch in the belt for the under 12 Storm who have already taken out the Warnambool Seaside Classic,The Australia Day Eltham/Dandenong Tournament and a very respectable 3rd at the Junior Country Champs in Shepparton.
Next on the list for the girls will be to make finals in the Victorian Championship Reserve Section of the VJBL Friday night competition.
Under 12 Storm players are : Mali Herzer,Teagan Tatlock,Raini Matthews,Georgia McKinnon,Zoe Saunders,Georgia White,Lucy Mcevoy,Vanessa Marsh,Phoebe Potter,Assistant Coach Rachael Aldis and Head Coach Brendon Matthews
