Winter Competition Details

How to enter a team in the 2017 Winter Competition. 
ENTRIES CLOSE: MONDAY 27th March, 2017. 

On behalf of the committee we would like to welcome your Team to the 2017 Winter Season.  In order for the competition to run smoothly it is the responsibility of each team contact to understand and pass on information relating to the format and rules of the competition. 

Some important information for team contacts, go to the TEAM COORDINATORS section under the REGISTER A TEAM tab on the website – www.eaststouch.com  If all the players are well informed we are sure they will enjoy the competition and minimise each team contact's work load. 

Ensure you have registered your team online before the closing date of Monday 27th March 2017. Payment can be made online or by cheque and must be received by Monday 27th March 2017. 

Go to the WINTER ONLINE REGO  tab on the website to start the process. You will need your players email addresses prior to starting the online rego process so they will be sent a link to register to your team for their insurance and rego cover.

A team representative is required to attend the collection meeting at Bondi - Waverley Squash Club, 8 Denison Street Bondi Junction on Wednesday 29th March 2017 6.30pm to 7.30pm to receive their team’s free touch ball. This is the only time you can collect your ball. 

If you are a new or individual player and wish to be placed in a team you must attend the meeting between 6.30pm to 7.30pm on the 29th March 2017 at Bondi-Waverley Squash Club as this will be your best chance to find a team!!  Enter your details on this following link : https://goo.gl/forms/FbvLQ4aWxWlvOAy82

1. ONLINE REGISTRATION.
ONLINE TEAM - entry and payment required before 27th March 2017. 
ONLINE INDIVIDUAL PLAYER - registration to be completed by Round 4 of the competition for insurance coverage. 

2. PAYMENT – see below for team costs
Complete payment online by debit card or send your cheque by the 27th March 2017 for full amount to:

3. MEETING
All team contacts must attend the Bondi Waverley Squash Club 8 Denison Street Bondi Junction between 6.30pm to 7.30pm on 
Wednesday 29th March 2017.  At this pick-up you will receive receipt for payment, competition information and a touch ball.
You must attend the meeting to collect a touch ball  

NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT AT THIS MEETING.

Women's/Junior Girls :

          Women's 2 Divisions plus Junior Girls - U10s, 12s, 14s

  Men’s/Junior Boys:

          2 Men’s Divisions plus Junior Boys  - U10s, 12s, 14s

 

 

ENTRY FEES:

$1250.00 per adult team  (This seasonal team fee covers Fields $304 per field/team, Referees $250, Affiliation & Insurance $345, GST $113,Prize $100)

including GST

$ 975.00 per student team (Under 19s)         

 

$ 875.00 per junior team (Under 14s & 16s)
$ 600.00 per junior team  (Under 10s & 12s)

STARTS:

 Sunday 30th April 2017 (14 Rounds plus finals series)

ENDS:

Grand Final Day - Sunday 27th August 2017 All Divisions play.

TIMES:

Mens & Girls - 9am, Mixed & Girls – 10am 

REFEREES:

Will follow the rules set down by the N.S.W.T.R.A.

INSURANCE:

All online registered players will be insured.
