2018/2019 Coaching Expression of Interest now open
The Sherbrooke Suns Basketball Association are seeking Junior Coaches for the upcoming 2018/2019 basketball season. At Sherbrooke, we pride ourselves on having a growth mindset, and attempting to continue to build our club through participation and a high level of performance.
We are currently seeking EOI for the positions of Head Coach and Assistant coach, for Boys and Girls, throughout all age groups (Under 12- Under 21).
To be considered, candidates must complete the form attached, as well as meet the following criteria-
- Have, or will apply and obtain, a WWCC (Working with Children Check)
- Be available for Friday night games, Sunday morning practice, and a midweek practice session
- Be able to attend tryout sessions
- Be able to participate in a minimum of 1 tournament throughout the regular season (Dandenong/Eltham, Nunawading, Adelaide etc.)
- Be willing to adhere to the Basketball Victoria Coaches Code of Conduct
