Positions vacant with CHBA

Development Manager: Tuesday to Saturday, 30 hours per week.  Main tasks:
To increase the number of players and coaches in CHBA domestic competitions.
To develop links with local high and primary schools
To organise and deliver education programs for domestic and representative players and coaches
To delivery holiday programs
To promote CHBA in the local media

Office Manager: Tuesday to Friday, 25 hours per week.  Main tasks:
Organise all domestic competitions through FIBA Organiser
Maintain the CHBA database through FIBA Organiser
Manage all CHBA court bookings
Liaise with BNSW
Provide administrative support to the Development Manager, and the representative programs

Competition Manager: Tuesday to Saturday, 20 hours per week, during competitions.  Main tasks:
To manage all domestic competitions - Tuesday night women, Wed night men, Friday after school High school and Saturday competitions.
To collect and record game fees and referee payments
To ensure all players are registered
To record game scores on the website

Referee Supervisor: Friday and Saturday, 10 hours per week, during competitions. Main tasks:
To supervise and educate junior referees
To assist with rostering of officials

Bookkeeper: 3 hours per week, with an additional 4 hours per month for end of month financial reporting.
The set weekly hours will be negotiated, but may be at anytime while CHBA activities are underway (ie: Tuesday night, Wed night, all day Saturday).  Main tasks:
To enter financial data in MYOB each week
To prepare invoices and record payments
To complete the quarterly BAS
To complete superannuation payment
To prepare the monthly financial reports (bank reconciliation, profit & loss, receivables etc)
