The Elite Squad had the unique opportunity to watch the Blaze and Tigers train in the morning on the Gold Coast Convention Centre Court. Then the players had an hour long chat with Blaze coach Joey Wright. In the meeting Joey spoke to the players the importance of work ethic and goal setting, the players also did a question and answer with Joey.

Following that the players were lucky enough to have an hour long training session on the Blazes home court, which was all a massive buzz for all of them

Then the players did some shopping at the local shopping centre in the afternoon, then it was Game time. The Blaze didnt start the game very well going down 20 points at one stage of the 1st half. Then the Blaze made a great comeback in the 2nd half going down by 3 points 82-85. 

Then it was back on the bus and on our way home. It was a great experience all round, something that will hopefully drive the players to bigger and better things with thier Basketball.
