Game five - Fiji v PNG

In game five Fiji met Papua New Guinea.
Fiji (in black) swept to an early lead and finished the first quarter 14-7 ahead. PNG (in red) pulled back three goals in the second quarter but still trailed 24-20 at half time.
Both sides scored ten goals in the third quarter (34-30) and in the final session Fiji potted 13 goals while PNG managed 12.
The final score was Fiji 42 PNG 42. It was a very good performance by the PNG players who fought right to the final whistle and kept the eventual series winners on their toes.
