Double-header at Jim Allen Oval tonight!

In what will be a special event for both player & club, this Friday Night the stage is set for two
great games of Illawarra Coal Shield Rugby League at the home of the Northern Suburbs Bulldogs.
The double header gets started with Avondale versus Helensburgh kicking off at 6:00pm. The main
game kicks off at 7:30pm between Northern Suburbs & Shellharbour. Andrew Stephens, North’s
front rower reaches a special milestone on the night clocking up his 200 th grade game for the
Northern club.

The Northern Suburbs RLFC would like to congratulate Andrew on his achievement. Since his
debut Grade game in 2000, Andrew has been a valued member of Bulldogs sides over the past
13 years. Not only as a player but also a coach of the North’s U/7’s team, in which Andrew’s son
plays. It’s only fitting that this milestone is celebrated during a night to remember for the club.

Temporary lighting, volunteers & security have been sourced by the club to ensure the night
is a success. The BBQ, Canteen & bar will be open for the event. Northern Suburbs RLFC would
like to invite all supporters to Coledale RSL after the game for a presentation. Jim Allen Oval is
located on Monash St Just off Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Scarborough. More info available at
