A survey to start off the year!
On the 26th of January 2011 the Kiribati Basketball Federation undertook a readiness assessment.
The Readiness Assessment was conducted by Mr. Brian Minikin from ONOC. The readiness assessment covered areas of the KBF operations in 8 key areas being: Governance, Management, Sport Activity, Communication, Finance, Physical Resources, Human Resources and Values.
The Readiness Assessment was conducted with the assistance of a web-based assessment tool from which the results were compared to set benchmarks for example..readiness to compete in the Pacific Games.
The readiness assessment tool would no doubt assist Kiribati Basketball in promoting basketball throughout Kiribati
