Welcome to 2016/2017 Summer Season

On behalf of the Commodore, Flag Officers and Committee I would like to warmly welcome you to the 2016/17 sailing season. Our Club exists to encourage and promote the sport of sailing and friendship among members.

Bluebirds Polly Woodside Trophy

The Bluebird fleet made a fine sight off the Esplanade in Williamstown last Sunday for the last race of the Winter season, the final heat of the Polly Woodside Trophy series.

Pirate Night at Royals

Last Saturday night pirates converged at Royals in celebration of 'International Talk Like A Pirate Day'. The mischief commenced at 6pm, with approximately 60 members and their guests making an appearance in their finest pirate themed apparel.

Tall Ships Victoria Presentation and Dinner

At 7pm on Friday 14 October, Tall Ships Victoria has arranged for a presentation by Peter Harris about his recent ‘delivery trip’ as a crew member on the trip from Sydney to Melbourne on the Tall Ship Tenacious.

Review of the Club's rules

Members are invited to take an active interest in the most fundamental review of the Club’s rules in living memory. The General Committee is intending to modernise and update its Governance with rules that are easily understood and promote members rights and democratic control of their Club. This review is an opportunity for members to have a say in how their Club’s governance can be improved.
