Adam Tolo returns for his third season with the Pirates. A product of the Mackay junior program, Adam played in state teams in U16, U18 and U 20 and played college basketball at Carthage just south of Milwaukee in Wisconsin, USA. Peter Pollock has been appointed the 2015 QBL Women's coach following the departure of Bec Dudic. Peter has a long and highly credentialed Basketball career- both as an NBL Player 1985-1993 with St Kilda and Townsville and coach with a State QBL Title (2003) and three state junior titles in U12 Boys, U14 Boys and most recently with Under 18 Girls. The Adelaide 36ers have added former Townsville Croc, Brendan Teys to its 2013/14 roster.
Teys, 23, is a 188cm guard who played under Joey Wright at the Gold Coast. He had worked his way into the Blaze roster after injuries to then team mates Chris Goulding and James Harvey and was an important player through their finals series.
