No Referees = No Points = No Play

Every team must nominate 2 referees. Last year, several nominated referees often failed to turn up, which resulted in a disrupted competition.
This year, if a teams referee fails to turn up to referee, his/her team will lose 3 competition points. If a team fails to provide a duty referee on 3 occasions, the team will be removed from the competition.
This will be enforced, and will commence Round 1more
