Welcome to Sailability Tasmania

Sailability Tasmania is a voluntary non-profit organisation that aims to provide a safe and friendly environment where people of all abilities are accepted and encouraged to participate in the sport of sailing. We welcome people without regard to age, ability, gender or socio-economic status as sailors or volunteers

If you have a disability, you are especially welcome. We have the boats, facilities, experience and resources to teach you to sail and allow you to broaden your horizons.

Hansa 2016 International 303 Singles championships


Congratulations to Chris Symonds from Wynyard Yacht Club for winning the 2016 International Hansa 303 Singles championships! To add to this Chris, along with Mike Darby, tokk out second place int the 303 Doubles division. Rob Eady from Launceston also sailed well in the Liberty Class.
