The team shot more in this game than in all their two previous games and finished with a final score of 66 - 18 against Magic Ladies. The top two scorers in the game were Sadat Balikisu with 32pts & 6 rebound, and Goergina Ntow 15pts & 8 rebounds both of whom are members of the Police Team. Both players after three games are currently the top scorers for Ghana and will be looking forward to taking Ghana as far as they can go in Mali.

Last exhibition game for the weekend to place today sunday 18th September in Tema. The team had to travel away to play against Tema Youth Boys Team on their home court in Tema Community 4. Tema Youth is amongst the top 5 youth basketball programmes in Ghana and alot of Ghana's past top players once played for the programme. They also play in the Greater Accra Basketball League Men's Division and have been in the top 5 in the league for the past two to three years. This was the toughest competition the girls had encounted in all of its exhibition games this weekend. The boys were bigger and stronger than the Tudu Galaxy boys the girls played in their first exhibition game They surely didn't have it easy, the boys of Tema Youth did dorminate the game from start to finish with their one on one full court press defense. The game was a true test of character for the Ghana Women's Team, and a sign of what they will be competing against in Mali. The game will go down as the team's Lowest scoring game ever with a final score of 47 to 18 against Ghana's Women National Team .With this loss the coaches will definately be going back to the drawing board to work on the things which went wrong.

Nevertheless off the court the Team has been enjoying some press coverage in TV, Radio and paper print. Thanks to media houses such as GTV, Joy FM, and New Times Corporation. Also big thanks to corporate sponsors who are sponsoring the Teams Camp preparations for Mali , they include Lizzy Sports Complex located in East-Legon, Newmont Ghana also located in East-Legon, and After-Seven Basketball Club, other corporate bodies are taking steps to support the team's trip to Mali.
